Position Summary: VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
The Virtual Assistant is a strong leader with great communication & technical skills who ensures our business operations run smoothly and achieve optimal results. You’re in charge of ensuring the day-to-day operations happen efficiently, that our team is thriving, and that our growing community is engaged & happy!
This position is right for you if:
**You have strong experience supporting a CEO or entrepreneur in managing day to day operations, and improving systems, procedures and efficiency.
**You understand all of the moving parts and players in a successful online business and how to improve how they are working.
**You have a strong aptitude for using technology. You’re not scared off by new software and know how to learn and maximize new systems.
**You love to build relationships and are excited about engaging and being part of our online community to support them in getting the most out of our programs!
**You’re an amazing communicator and can suggest copywriting improvements, spot errors and help to ensure everything we do is “on message”
**You are passionate about what we do! We’re a company that provides intuitive guidance, transformational work, as well as support for those who want to leave their 9-5 job and build a business/career they love. A passion for spiritual growth & educating/empowering others is a big asset in this role. Please mention if that applies to you!
In this role you:
*Create and implement operational systems - automating them where possible and delegating to a team of contractors when needed
*Manage the communication and coordinate promotional projects with our partners
*Manage customer support by responding to customer questions/billing inquiries & updates
*Supervise communication between team members and report up (to the entrepreneur) and down (to team members) regarding progress, roles, responsibilities, roadblocks, etc.
*Support marketing efforts by overseeing the delivery of our newsletter, publishing of our blog, managing our customer CRM, etc.
*Understand our technology systems and know how to get the most out of them
*Oversee the work of our contractors, and support the hiring process of new ones, as needed (tech/web development, social media posting, graphic design/branding)
*Research and propose what tools/resources are needed to improve or implement any of these areas of the business.
**Understand the business model and sales objectives of the organization
**Provide clear oversight and direction of technology needs - updating WordPress Site, integrating plugins, etc.
This role may include these additional specialized marketing skills if you’ve got them. Or you may be managing other who have them:
*Building a highly engaged online community as a community manager of our Facebook Group
*Oversee our social media strategy to ensure a high level of community engagement
*Copywriting and suggesting copywriting improvements to ensure we are “on message”
*Creating great visuals/graphics that are “on brand” and engaging!

Commitment:
The position will start with 20 hours per month and will grow as we train you and are able to pass off more responsibilities to you!
